摘　　要：目的 探讨睫状环阻塞性青光眼综合治疗的效果.方法 16例（19眼）睫状环阻塞性青光眼,7例（8眼）进行散瞳、皮质类固醇、降眼压等药物治疗,9例（11眼）进行品状体超声乳化、前段玻璃体切除、后囊环形撕开及人工晶状体植入术.结果 4例（5眼）经药物治疗前房恢复正常、眼压正常,12例（14眼）多联手术后均获得正常前房深度和眼压.结论 睫状环阻塞性青光眼是多机制混合存在的难治性青光眼,需采用药物及多联手术相结合的治疗方法.Objective To investigate clinical method and effect for ciliary block glaucoma. Methods There were 19 eyes （ 16 cases） of ciliary block glaucoma. Mydriatic, glucocorticosteroid, ocular hypotensive agents were given to 7cases （8 eyes） as medicinal treatment. Phacomusification, anterior vitrectomy,PCCC and IOL implantation were performed on 9 cases （ 11 eyes） as surgical treatment. Results Normal anterior charmber deepth and intraocular pressure was achieved in 4cases （5 eyes ） after medicinal treatment, the other 3 eyes that the IOP did not relieved had undergone combined surgery. The 12 cases （ 14 eyes） after combined surgery also ac hived normal anterior chamber depth and normal IOP. Conclusion Ciliary block glaucoma is kind of obstinate glaucoma cased by a lot of mechanism. medicinal combined surgical treatment is needed for ciliary block glaucoma.
