摘  要:目的利用MRI及病理检测方法,观察体内射频毁损灶体积的差异性。方法利用猫脑建立体内不同毁损时间、温度下的毁损灶体积模型,通过病理检测及MRI确定毁损灶最大直径、高,经公式转换成体积。结果射频毁损灶体积,均随时间温度变化出现规律性变化。结论利用三维模型可对预定毁损体积选择合适的温度和时间,比以往单凭经验的做法更科学、更准确。Objective To analyze the differences of radiofrequency(RF) lesion volume in vivo using MRI and pathology test method.Methods In vivo volume models of RF lesion with different lesion time and temperature were established(adult cats in vivo).The height and maximum lesion diameter of adult cats in vivo were detected by pathology testing and MRI,then converting the datas to volume with the formula.Results Under the same lesion conditions,there was a significant difference in the volume in vivo(P0.05),the volume which obtained from in vivo was alerted regularly by the changes of the lesion time and lesion temperature.Conclusion We can choose the most suitable lesion time and lesion temperature according to pre-defined volume by using three-dimensional model,and it would achieve prediction ability for clinic.
