摘　　要：藏族大学生群体对法、法律或其现象的反应形式,即心理、知识、观点和思想,包括对法律的情感、认知、评价和信仰等的内心体验,可称为藏族大学生群体的法律意识。藏族大学生群体的法律意识是形成"中华民族精神"的重要组成部分,应当通过民族法学教育予以培育。Tibetan students group′s legal response to law and its phenomenon take on the form of mentality,knowledge,views and ideas of the law,including such inner experience as emotion,cognitive evaluation and beliefs in the hearts of college students is called the Tibetan students group′s legal awareness,which should be nurtured by ethnic legal education because the Tibetan college students′ legal consciousness is an important part of ＂the National Spirit of Chinese Nation＂.
