摘　　要：通过建立责任、培训、考核、反馈、激励五个机制,针对药学专业实习的教学要求,重视实习过程的管理,加强技能训练,调动教师与学生双方的积极性,提高药学实习带教质量。Through the systems of responsibility,training,appraisal,feedback,and encouragement,and in accordance with the pharmacy internship requirements,we should attach great importance to the management of teaching process,strengthening the skill training,and giving full play the enthusiasm of both teachers and students,so as to achieve the goal of improving the pharmacy teaching quality.
