摘　　要：为了适应医疗保险制度改革的需要，提高用药的合理性，我院与某软件公司合作开发了一套处方管理的软件，并用于门诊药房管理。软件主要功能：一是应用不同颜色审查公费医疗处方①限制公费医疗用药范围；②限制处方用药量；③限制处方总金额。二是审查处方合理用药。三是审查不规范处方。四是用药品种限制。五是建立处方档案。门诊药房通过软件管理后，划价准确率提高，杜绝了超金额、超范围和不合理的处方，公费医疗费用下降，提高了门诊医疗质量。To meet the needs of the reform in the medical insurance system and enhance the rationality of the use of drugs,our hospital has,in cooperation with a software company,developed a set of prescription management software and had it used in the management of the outpatient dispensary.What follows are some of the major functions of the software.1Different colors are used to check free medical service prescriptions,limiting the scope of drugs used in free medical service,the quantity of drugs prescribed and the total sum of money the prescriptionsare are work.2The rationality of the drugs prescribed is checked.3Abnormal prescriptions are checked.4Limitations are set on the kinds of drugs prescribed.5Prescription records are established.The management of the outpatient dispensary by means of the software has led to the improvement in the accuracy of charging,putting an end to prescriptions which exceed the limited sum of money and scope and which are irrational.The costs of free medical service are reduc
