相差显微镜与干涉显微镜的比较

摘　　要：目的：探讨透明细胞组织的最佳观察法。方法：通过两种显微镜成像原理阐述和比较，明确透明体在其中成象的特点。结果：相差显微镜成像有晕圈，干涉显微镜成像似浮雕。结论：应针对透明标本细节的尺度和类型合理选择显微镜。Objective: Probe into the best obsevation method of transparent cell tissue. Mathod: Through the comparison of the image formation principle of the two microscopes, the image formation chareteristics of the transparent body is elaborated andcopared Result:The phase contrast microscope has halo, and the interference microscope looks like relief. Conclusion: More suitable types of microscope should be selected according to the detail size and type of transparent specimen.
