摘　　要：目的了解医院麻醉药品在癌性疼痛规范性镇痛治疗中的使用情况。方法回顾性分析某院2010年住院癌症患者癌性疼痛治疗中麻醉药品处方和部分使用麻醉药品镇痛的患者临床病历。结果某院2010年住院癌症患者癌性疼痛治疗中常用麻醉药品共5种,用药途径以注射和口服为主,其中吗啡制剂占该院癌性镇痛麻醉药品用量的54.63%,而癌性镇痛麻醉药品的合理使用在临床病历中体现性不强。结论某院癌痛治疗基本符合三阶梯止痛原则,但仍存在一定的问题,有待于完善。Objective To investigate the use of narcotic analgesics in the standarded cancerous analgesic therapy.Methods Retrospective analysis was conduted on the perscriptions of narcotic analgesics and the clinical medical records in some hospital.Results The narcotic analgesics used in some hospital included five kinds,primarily used by injection and oral intake,the drugs dosage of Morphine accounted for 54.63% in whole narcotic drugs dosage,and the rational use of cancerous analgesic narcotic drugs in clinical medical records reflected not obviously.Conclusion The cancerous analgesic therapy in the hospital basically consistent with the principal of three ladder analgesic therapy in fcancer patients,but there are still some problems need be solved.
