摘  要:以竹材近青竹篾和桦木单板为原料制备竹木复合单板层积材,选用酚醛树脂胶黏剂,探讨了竹木复合单板层积材生产工艺各因素对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,在试验选取的因素水平内,随涂胶量的增加、压力的增大,板材性能先增大而后降低;随浸胶时间的延长、密度的增大,板材性能也随之增大。确定了高强轻质竹木复合单板层积材较合理的制造工艺参数。Bamboo-wood composite laminated veneer lumber(LVL) was prepared using birch veneer and bamboo strip near the bamboo green as raw materials,and PF resin as adhesive.The influences of various processing factors on properties of the composite lumber were explored.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composite lumber first increased and then decreased with the increase of pressure and glue amount.Plank performance become higher with the increase of dipping time and density.The optimum technological parameters for LVL process were set.
