摘 要:细粒煤全氯乙烯分选是一种新颖的燃前分选工艺。本文采用全氯乙烯作为溶剂,对石台和七台河煤样进行了分选研究,取得了较好的效果。其中石台0.25~0.074mm级别精煤在产率为74.85%时灰分最低,为12.44%,同级别七台河煤样产率为80.24%,灰分最低为6.68%,同浮选结果相比,优于浮选。The separation of fine coal by chloroethylene is a new separation process.The good results were obtained by the tests on the samples of shitai and Qitaihe by using perchloroethylene as solvent,When the yield was 74.85%,the ash content was the lowest with 12.44% in the concentrate of 0.250.074mm grade of Shitai samples.When the yield was 80.24%,the ash content was the lowest with 6.68% in the concentrate of 0.250.074mm grade of Qitaihe samples.Compared with the flotation results,the former is superior to the latter.The separation mechanism and the factors of affecting the perchloroethylene separation results were also discussed.
