摘　　要：思想政治教育是一个社会政治、经济、文化平稳发展的重要保证,而思想创新意识的培养则是这项工作的重要内容。高等药学教育担负着加快知识创新和药学人才培养的重大历史责任,因此,如何培养大批具有良好思想创新意识的药学研究型人才,是教育工作者面临的最大的挑战。该文阐述如何利用和加强文献检索课程的教学活动,增强当代药学研究生的信息检索能力和思想创新意识。As we all know,ideological and political education is very important to guarantee the development of politics,economy and culture sound and stable.Meanwhile,cultivating innovation consciousness is the key of ideological and political education.The higher education of pharmaceutical science is shouldering critical historic responsibility to boost pharmaceutical science innovations and to cultivate pharmaceutical talents;therefore,how to develop excellent innovation consciousness and ability of pharmaceutical postgraduates is a great challenge to the educators.
