摘  要:目的探讨Snail mRNA及环氧化酶-2(COX-2)mRNA在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用原位杂交技术测定30例乳腺单纯性增生、30例乳腺导管内癌和70例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Snail mRNA及COX-2mRNA的表达。结果①Snail mRNA及COX-2 mRNA在乳腺单纯性增生、乳腺导管内癌和乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的阳性率分别为23.3%、46.7%、81.4%和13.3%、63.3%、77.2%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Snail mRNA及COX-2 mRNA在同组间表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②Snail mRNA及COX-2 mRNA表达均与乳腺浸润性导管癌淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05,P<0.01),与年龄、肿瘤大小和组织学分级无关(P>0.05)。③乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Snail mRNA与COX-2mRNA表达呈显著正相关(r=0.53,P<0.01)。结论 Snail及COX-2在乳腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,检测二者的表达对判断乳腺癌的预后有重要价值。Objective To investigate the expressions of Snail mRNA and COX-2 mRNA in invasive ductal carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods The expressions of Snail mRNA and COX-2 mRNA were detected on mammary gland hyperplasia(30 cases),intraductal breast carcinoma(30 cases) and invasive ductal carcinoma(70 cases) by in situ hybridization.Results ①The positive expression rates of Snail mRNA and COX-2 mRNA in mammary gland hyperplasia,intraductal breast carcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma respectively were 23.3%,46.7%,81.4% and 13.3%,63.3%,77.2%,and there were significant differences among them(P0.01).But there were no differences between Snail mRNA and COX-2 mRNA in the same group(P0.05).②Snail mRNA and COX-2 mRNA expressions were related to lymphatic metatasis(P0.05,P0.01),but were not related to age,tumor size and histopathological grade(P0.05).③There was a positive correlation between Snail mRNA and COX-2 mRNA in invasive ductal carcinoma tissues(r=0.53,P0.01).Conclusion Snail mRNA and COX-2 mRNA may play an important role in the origin and development of breast carcinoma,and their expressions are of important diagnostic value in breast cancer prognosis.
