摘　　要：近年来,余杭中小企业利用自身的优势,取得了较快的发展,但是,中小企业目前面临着多种发展的制约因素,影响其进一步发展和壮大。要改变中小企业的生存环境和促进中小企业快速发展,除了企业加强自身能力建设外,政府应当在政策上给予支持,在各方面给中小企业提供帮助。With the rapid growth of our national economy and technology,the small and medium-sized private enterprises in Yuhang Province have been developing in full swing.To change the SMEs＇ living environment and promote the SMEs develop rapidly,enhance their own capabilities,the community in particularly,the government should give policy support to help SMEs in various fields,to make SMEs develop rapidly and healthy.
