摘　　要：信息化是当今世界发展的大趋势,教育信息化的基础和未来,在很大程度上取决于中小学教育信息化,但当前中小学教育信息化现状不容乐观。提出借助地方高校的人才和资源优势,充分发挥其地域"辐射"作用,帮助当地中小学实施信息化教育,节约一定的人力、财力和物力。Informationization is the world trend,to a great extent,the base and future of education informationization depend on educational informationization in primary and middle school,but the present situation of educational informationization in primary and middle school can not be optimistic.Local university can help primary and middle school to implement educational informationization with its talent and resources superiority,which is put forward in this article to save manpower and material resources.
