摘　　要：用工业煅烧炉研究天然二水石膏脱水过程中的沸腾现象，探讨建筑石膏的陈化效应及用水量对其性能的影响规律．结果表明：用炒锅或回转窑生产建筑石膏时应在物料第一次沸腾后出料，经过适当陈化可获得优质的建筑石膏。This paper investigates the boiling phenomenon of natural gypsum in dehydration process,and discusses the effect of ageing result and water-gypsum ratio on the physical mechanical.The research results show that the boiling gypsum in parched pan or turning kiln should be out of the places after first boiling and ageing properly and satisfactory result may be obtained for aged building gypsum.
