摘  要:[目的]探讨中医食疗对调理高血压病人痰湿体质、控制血压、提高生存质量和降低血脂的作用。[方法]根据纳入标准在社区选择中年高血压痰湿体质病人112例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用中医食疗结合常规健康宣教,对照组为常规健康宣教,干预时间12周。干预前及干预后4周、8周、12周评定病人痰湿体质表现、抗高血压药物用量、血压情况,以及干预前及干预后12周血脂及生存质量变化。[结果]干预后8周、12周观察组病人痰湿体质分值明显下降(P<0.01),干预后4周抗高血压药物减量人数多于对照组(P<0.01),而两组病人干预前后收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后12周血清总胆固醇和三酰甘油下降明显(P<0.01),SF-36中6个维度得分明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]中医食疗可以调理高血压病人的病理体质,有助于控制血压、降低血脂和提高病人的生存质量。Objective:To probe into the effect of traditional Chinese medicine food therapy on regulating phlegmatic hygrosis constitution,controlling blood pressure,enhancing life quality and decreasing blood lipids for hypertension patients.Methods:A total of 112 middle-aged hypertension patients of phlegmatic hygrosis constitution in the community met to the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into test and control groups.Patients in test group had accepted traditional Chinese medicine food therapy combined with conventional health education for 12 weeks.Patients in control group had only accepted general health education for 12 weeks.Then all cases were evaluated before the intervention and 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after the intervention respectively on constitutional manifestation of phlegmatic hygrosis,anti-hypertensive drugs amount,blood pressure,the quality of life and blood lipids level of patients at 12 weeks after intervention.Results: Scores of phlegmatic hygrosis constitution of test group cases were decreased significantly after the intervention(P0.01).Number of patients with antihypertensive drugs decrement was more than that of control group(P0.01).However,there were no statistical significant differences between the two groups in terms of systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure between before and after intervention(P0.05).Total serum cholesterol and triglycerides of test group cases were decreased after the intervention(P0.01).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine food therapy may regulate the pathological constitution for hypertension patients.And it can help them to control blood pressure,to reduce blood lipids and to enhance the quality of life of patients.
