低碳城市发展进程评估模型的研究

摘　　要：以可持续发展思想为指导思想,利用采用层次分析法构建出由经济发展、低碳技术、低碳环境以及低碳社会四大子系统、21个指标的低碳城市评价体系。根据上海市2000-2009年的统计数据对上海市低碳经济发展现状进行综合评价,得到结论是:上海市的低碳经济发展水平正处于不断上升的状态。This research takes the sustainable development as its guiding principle,and adopts the analytic hierarchy process to construct four sub-systems： economic development,low-carbon technology,low-carbon environment,and low-carbon society,and also to build an evaluation system including 21 targets for a low-carbon city.Based on the statistics of Shanghai during the year of 2000-2009,the research makes the comprehensive assessment on low-carbon development situation in Shanghai,and the results show that the low-carbon development level in Shanghai has been going up.
