摘　　要：目的探讨骶骨肿瘤手术中应用新的失血量统计方法评价失血情况的特异性。方法对我院2007—2009年收治的病例通过纳入和排除标准,采用分层随机抽样选取11例进行自身配对设计分析。结果实际失血分数组与标准失血分数组经w ilcoxon配对法检验P<0.05,两组间差异具有统计学意义。结论失血分数具有特异性,使用其进行统计分析可以准确反应患者实际的失血程度,并为临床合理用血提供理论依据。Objective To investigate the sacral tumor surgery blood loss in the application of new statistical method to evaluate whether the blood loss of specificity.Methods From 2007 to 2009 year in our hospital through the inclusion and exclusion criteria cases,a stratified random sample of 11 medical records were self-selected paired analysis.Results The actual blood loss score,bleeding score,the standard method by wilcoxon paired test P0.05,significant differences that existed between the two.Conclusion The blood loss was specific points,the use of a statistical analysis of their responses were accurate and the actual degree of blood loss and blood for clinical use to provide a theoretical basis.
