基于投入产出法的内河航运贡献度

摘　　要：度量内河航运对经济发展的贡献,可以科学地评价内河航运在国民经济的地位,合理引导内河航运投资、规划和建设,促进内河航运健康、稳定、可持续发展。文章使用了最新编制的2007年江苏省投入产出表以及苏州内河航运的相关数据,将投入产出表中原有的42个部门合并成6个,测算出苏州内河航运对区域经济贡献指标的具体数值。结果表明,该方法较为合理可行。Estimating the economic contribution of inland waterway transportation can scientifically evaluate the importance of inland navigation for national economy;obtain a proper guideline in investing,planning,constructing and sustainable development of this important transportation model.In this paper,the latest input-output table of Jiangsu province in 2007 and the interrelated statistic of Suzhou inland water transport are used flexibly;the original 42 departments were merged into 6 to work out the value of some index.The results show that it is more reasonable and feasible.
