高校成教脱产生的礼仪现状与教育

摘　　要：在大学生中开展礼仪教育,不仅有助于继承和弘扬我国优秀的传统文化,而且对学生毕业后更好地融入社会也有一定的促进作用。当前成教脱产生在礼仪上存在着诸多问题,既有家庭、社会、学校教育的原因,也有他们自身的原因。要加强对成教脱产生的礼仪教育,增设礼仪课程,营造礼仪环境,发挥教师礼仪示范作用,用制度约束违反礼仪行为,家庭、学校、社会共同努力,努力提高大学生的礼仪素养。Carrying out manners education in university can not only help and carry forward excellent traditional culture,but also accelerate the undergraduates＇ better adaptation to the society.However,there are many problems of the current manners of off-job college students in adults education department derived from the problems of family,society,school education and their own.To strengthen the manners education of off-job college students,it should be done to increase manners course,build up manners environment,exert teachers＇ manners demonstration,establish rules against the violation of manners.In a word,the improvement of manners quality of college students requires families,schools and communities＇ joint efforts.
