摘　　要：叙述了高校学生公寓管理在高校学生日常生活学习管理中的重要性,针对高校学生公寓管理的新特点和出现的问题,提出了必须加强和完善管理服务,明确责任,调动学生参与管理,构建和谐公寓文化。并结合高校公寓管理的实践,对如何坚持以人为本加强和深化大学生公寓管理进行了研究。This paper introduces the importance of college student boardinghouse management in their daily life and study management.In view of the new characteristics and emerging problems in the college logistical boardinghouse management,management service must be strengthened and improved,responsibility must be fixed,students must be aroused to participate in the management and construct the harmonious apartment culture.This article analyzes the practice of boardinghouse management in institutions of higher learning and research on how to insist on people-based concept,strengthen and deepen boardinghouse management in institutions of higher learning.
