MMP2及TIMP2的表达与食管癌淋巴结转移的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌组织中金属基质蛋白酶-2(MMP2)及其抑制因子-2(TIMP2)的表达与淋巴结转移的关系及意义。方法采用免疫组化检测100例食管癌组织中MMP-2与TIMP-2的基因表达情况,分析MMP-2及TIMP-2表达与食管癌淋巴结转移的关系。结果食管癌组织中MMP-2及TIMP2在淋巴结转移病例和无淋巴结转移病例的表达率分别为:87.69%、64.62%和68.57%,85.71%。提示:MMP-2的阳性表达率与食管癌的淋巴结转移有统计学意义(x2=5.40,P<0.05);TIMP-2的阳性表达率与食管癌淋巴结转移有统计学意义(x2=5.02,P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2、TIMP-2的阳性表达与食管癌的淋巴结转移有关,并有助于确定术后治疗方案。Objective To investigate expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2） and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-2（TIMP-2） in esophageal carcinoma,and the relationship between the expression and the lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma Methods Expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were detected by immunohistochemical staining （IHC） in tissues from 100 patients with esophageal carcinoma.Analysis was performed in relationship with lymph node metastasis.Results The expression rate of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in esophageal esophageal with or without metastasis of lymph nodes were 87.69%,64.62% and 68.57%,85.71%,The positive expression of MMP-2 in esophageal esophageal was related with lymph node metastasis（x2=5.40,P 0.05）;The positive expression of TIMP-2 in esophageal esophageal was related with lymph node metastasis（x2=5.02,P 0.05）.Conclusion The expression of MMP-2,TIMP-2 were related in esophageal esophageal was related with lymph node metastasis and be helpful in designing treatment protocols.
