摘 要:目的评价干预模式差异对不同临床类型小儿脑瘫生活自理能力的疗效。方法研究组使用Bobath疗法+引导式教育综合治疗,对照组单用Bobath疗法,采用ADL评定量表比较两组的疗效。结果两组治疗前后ADL评分差值有显著性差异(P<0.05);痉挛型脑瘫研究组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);小于3岁脑瘫患儿的疗效研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论两组治疗脑瘫均有疗效,但早期(<3岁)Bobath疗法+引导式教育疗效显著优于单用Bobath疗法,特别对痉挛型脑瘫,因此小儿脑瘫的治疗应遵行早期引导式教育的原则。Objective To evaluate the efficacy on ADL of children with different clinical types CP treated by intervention.Methods Patients were treated with conductive education combined Bobath therapy or solo.ADL were used to assess the efficacy.Results ADL of before and after treatment in two groups were P0.05.The efficacy of spastic type CP in study group was better than control group.The efficacy of the study group is better than the control group in 3-year-old.Conclusion Both therapies could improve ADL,and in 3-year-old,conductive education combined Bobath is better than solo one,especially spastic type CP patients.Thus,the treatment of children with CP should due to Conductive Education Early.
