CXCL12和CXCR4在肾透明细胞癌转移淋巴结中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨趋化因子CXCL12和CXCR4在肾透明细胞癌和其转移淋巴结中的表达及其在淋巴结转移过程中的作用和可能机制。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测53例肾透明细胞癌原发灶及26例转移淋巴结中CXCL12和CXCR4表达的情况,并进行相关性分析。结果肾透明细胞癌转移淋巴结中的CXCL12的表达显著高于肾透明细胞癌原发灶,分别为76.9%(20/26)和35.8%(19/53),P<0.05。肾透明细胞癌转移淋巴结中的CXCR4的表达也高于肾透明细胞癌原发灶,分别为69.2%(18/26)和62.2%(33/53),但P>0.05。相关性分析发现CXCL12和CXCR4在肾透明细胞癌转移淋巴结组织中表达具有正相关性。结论 CXCL12和CXCR4在肾透明细胞癌转移淋巴结中高表达,两者在肾透明细胞癌的器官特异性转移中可能起协同作用,共同促进肾透明细胞癌的淋巴转移。Objective To investigate the relationship of CXCL12 and CXCR4 in human clear cell renal cancer and lymph node metastasis,and to discuss the role s of the two indexes in lymph node metastasis.Methods The expressions of CXCL12 and CXCR4 were detected by immunohistochemical SP in 53 human clear cell renal cancer specimens and 26 lymph node metastases.Results Compared with primary renal carcinomas,the CXCL12 expression in lymph node metastases was significantly higher[76.9%（20/26） vs.35.8%（19/53）,P 0.05];the expression of CXCR4 was also higher[69.2%（18/26） vs.62.2%（33/53）,P 0.05].Pearson′s correlation analysis supported a positive correlation between CXCL12 and CXCR4 in lymph node metastasis of human clear cell renal cancer.Conclusion The overexpression of CXCL12 and CXCR4 in lymph node metastasis of human clear cell renal cancer.The coexpression of CXCL12 and CXCR4 may play a cooperative role in lymph node metastasis of renal carcinoma.
