摘　　要：随着装备复杂性的提高,测试工程师面临的问题越来越多。通过对目前测试工程师工作难点的分析,结合IEEE 1641(STD)标准对于信号定义的特点和其扩展机制,提出了解决方案,并通过可视化软件工具验证了STD对于复杂信号定义与描述的能力,证明了通过利用支持STD标准的可视化软件工具解决测试工程师目前面临问题的能力,并为今后针对STD的研究工作指出了方向。By the increased complexity of the equipment, test Engineers are facing more and more problems. By the analysis of the problems test engineers met, combined with the characteristics of IEEE 1641 （STD） ＇s signal definition and it＇ s extension mechanism, a solution is proposed. The ability of STD to define and describe the complex signal is verified by the visualized software. The ability to solve the problems that test engineer faced is demonstrated and the future direction of the research for STD is presented.
