摘　　要：目的探讨天冰调督胶囊对慢性点燃癫痫大鼠腺苷A1受体表达的影响。方法 SD大鼠腹腔注射印防己毒素(1.5 mg/kg)制作慢性反复发作癫痫模型,点燃模型大鼠随机分为模型组,天冰调督低、高(0.4,0.8 g/kg)剂量组,丙戊酸钠组,拉莫三嗪组,各组连续灌胃给药60 d,分别以免疫组织化学方法、免疫印记法观察各组大鼠脑组织腺苷A1R受体表达情况。结果模型组腺苷A1受体免疫反应阳性数量减少,与正常组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);天冰调督胶囊各组腺苷A1受体表达有不同程度改善(P<0.05或0.01)。结论天冰调督胶囊可能通过调节腺苷A1受体表达改善慢性反复发作癫痫大鼠神经功能。Objective It is to approach the influence of Tianbing Tiaodu capsule on the expression of adenosine A1 receptor in chronic ignites epileptic rats.Methods Picrotoxin（1.5 mg/kg） peritoneal injection was used in SD rats to establish chronic recurrent attacks epileptic model.The model rats were randomly divided into model group,Tianbing Tiaodu capsule low dosage（0.4 g/kg） group,Tianbing Tiaodu capsule high dosage（0.8 g/kg） group,Sodium Valproate group and lamotrigine group.All groups were feed everyday.Sixty days later,the expressions of Adenosine A1 Receptor in brain tissue in those groups were observed with immunohistochemical method and immune imprinting method.Results Compared with normal group,the immune positive remarks of expression of adenosine A1 receptor in model group significantly decreased（P0.05）.Compared with model group,the expressions of adenosine A1 receptor in Tianbing Tiaodu groups were improved variously（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Tianbing Tiaodu capsule can improve the nerval function of chronic recurrent attacks epileptic rats through adjusting the expression of adenosine A1 receptor.
