膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中CDC25B、14-3-3σ蛋白的表达变化及意义

摘　　要：目的观察膀胱尿路上皮癌(下称膀胱癌)组织中CDC25B、14-3-3σ蛋白的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用Western blot法检测90例膀胱癌(观察组)及20例正常膀胱黏膜(对照组)中的CDC25B、14-3-3σ蛋白。结果观察组CDC25B蛋白阳性率为54.4%、14-3-3σ蛋白阳性率为72.2%,对照组分别为30.0%、100.0%,两组比较,P均<0.05。CDC25B、14-3-3σ蛋白表达与膀胱癌临床分期、病理分级有关(P均<0.05),CDC25B与14-3-3σ蛋白表达呈明显负相关(rs=-0.627,P<0.05)。结论膀胱癌组织中CDC25B蛋白高表达、14-3-3σ蛋白低表达,二者在膀胱癌的发生发展中起重要作用。Objective To detect the expression of CDC25B and 14-3-3σ in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder,and explore the clinical significance.Methods The expression of CDC25B and 14-3-3σ were detected by Western blot in 90 bladder urothelial carcinoma and 20 normal bladder mucosa tissues.Results The expression rate of CDC25B in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder tissues（54.4%） was significantly higher than that in normal bladder mucosa tissues（20.0%）（P0.05）.The expression rate of 14-3-3σ in normal bladder mucosa tissues（100.0%） was significantly higher than that in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder tissues（72.2%）,P0.05.The expression of CDC25B and 14-3-3σ was relate to the clinical stage and pathological grade of bladder urothelial carcinoma（P0.05）,moreover the expression of CDC25B was negatively correlated to that of 14-3-3σ（rs=-0.627,P0.05）.Conclusion CDC25B and 14-3-3σ are closely related to the clinical stage and pathological grade of tumor,and there is negative correlation between them that may become new targets for cancer therapy.
