摘　　要：研发一套新型的铝箔板形离线检测系统,包括机械结构设计、铝箔条元曲线拟合算法推导及控制系统硬件和用户界面的软件设计。通过实验数据分析验证了该系统的检测精度,同时也说明了该铝箔板形离线检测系统的可行性。A new type of aluminum foil plate-shaped off-line detection system was developed.The detection system includes three parts,such as the mechanical structure design,curve fitting algorithm is derived,and user interface software design,and so on.Finally,we prove experimental data validation and analysis of the detection accuracy of the system,and illustrates the shape of the aluminum foil off-line detection system is feasible.
