低鱼粉日粮添加蛋氨酸对幼鲤生长的影响

摘　　要：以鱼粉10%的玉米大豆粕型幼鲤饲料为对照组(A),降低饲料鱼粉含量为5%后,分别添加不同水平的DL-蛋氨酸及其羟基类似物添加量分别为B:0.5%DL-蛋氨酸、C:0.514%蛋氨酸羟基类似物、D:0.564%蛋氨酸羟基类似物、E:0.614%蛋氨酸羟基类似物,比较研究用豆粕代替部分鱼粉,添加蛋氨酸及其羟基类似物对幼鲤的生长成绩的影响效果。试验结果表明,在幼鲤饲料中用豆粕来代替部分鱼粉,添加合成蛋氨酸可以补充豆粕中缺乏的蛋氨酸,质量增加率和蛋白效率显著提高(P<0.05),饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05),蛋氨酸羟基类似物对促进幼鲤生长和提高饲料利用率的效果优于DL-蛋氨酸。The juvenile common carp（Cyprinus carpio）was fed the diet containing 10% fish meal（control group,group A） and 5% fish meal supplemented with DL-methionine（DLM）and DL-methionine analogy（LMA）（0.5% DLM in group B,0.514% LMA in C group,0.564% LMA in group D and 0.614% LMA in group E）to evaluate effect of low fish meal diets supplemented with methionine on growth performance in juvenile common carp.The results showed that the fish fed the diets containing fish meal replaced by soybean meal and supplemented with synthetic methionine had significantly higher weight gain and protein efficiency（P0.05）and lower food conversion ratio（P0.05）.There was more improvement of food utilization and growth in the LMA than in the fish fed the diets containing DLM.
