摘　　要：维新变法时期,湖南维新资产阶级知识分子利用《湘学报》、《湘报》揭露了缠足、吸食鸦片、蓄留辫子等封建恶习给人们带来的种种危害,大力提倡移风易俗,并身体力行,成立了不缠足会和延年会等风俗改良团体,在当时湖南产生一定的影响。During the period of modernization and reform movement,reformers in Hunan were greatly encouraged to make a change in prevailing habits and customs.They utilized Newspaper Xiang Xue and Newspaper Xiang to unveil the harms and dig bugs in foot binding,opium-taking,pigtail wearing as well as other feudalism-flavored customs.They resolved to practice a healthy and positive life style and set up many organizations such as Feet-free society and Longevity association,which have exerted certain influence on the society of Hunan.
