摘 要:在CHT4106微机液压万能试验机上进行试验,从统计学方差技术及金属学角度研究矫直和自然时效对HRB400螺纹钢线材力学性能的影响。试验结果:不矫直试样的屈服强度平均值为473 MPa,矫直试样的屈服强度平均值为470 MPa,矫直后自然时效48 h试样的屈服强度平均值为461 MPa;试样抗拉强度值大部分稳定在630~645 MPa。结果表明,矫直对线材屈服性能的影响较小,自然时效对线材屈服性能影响较大,屈服强度平均值低10MPa左右;而矫直和时效对线材的抗拉强度影响较小。To test on CHT4106 microcomputer hydraulic universal testing machine,the effect of straightening and natural aging on HRB400 spiraling steel wire rod mechanical properties was researched from statistics variance technology and metallography aspects.Test results show: yield strength average value of specimen without straightening is 473MPa,yield strength average value of specimen after straightening is 470MPa,yield strength average value of specimen after straightening and natural aging 48 hours is 461MPa,most specimen tensile strength value is from 630 to 645MPa steadily.The effect of straightening on wire rod yield properties is little,the effect of natural aging on wire rod yield properties is great,yield strength average value decreases about 10MPa.The effect of straightening and aging on wire rod tensile strength is little.
