摘  要:讨论了FeO含量对烧结矿冷强度和烧结矿低温还原粉化率RDI+3.15的影响。降低烧结矿中的FeO含量有利于提高烧结矿还原性,但是过低的FeO含量会降低RDI+3.15。本文以济钢400m2烧结机为例,研究了影响烧结矿FeO含量的因素。研究发现,降低料层厚度和混合料水分、提高配碳量和焦粉粒度均能提高烧结矿中FeO含量;另外,降低碱度,提高SiO2含量也可以提高FeO含量。The effect of FeO content on Cold strength and RDI ratio of sinter was discussed. Reducing the FeO content was helpful to improving the reducibility of sinter, but too low FeO content would reduce RDI ratio. For example of 400m2 sinter in Jinan Steel the factors affecting the content of FeO was studied. Investigation showed that decreasing the bed thickness and mix moisture, increasing the fuel content of raw mix and granularity of coke breeze could all increase the content of FeO in sinter. In addition, reducing R and increasing SiO2 content in sinter could also increase FeO content.
