高职发展急需人文:避免高技能人才带病上岗——以昆明冶专快速发展中的人文教育为例

摘　　要：高等职业教育既是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,又是我国职业教育的龙头。当前,我国高等职业教育已经占据了高等教育的半壁江山。在意大利、西班牙和日本三个国家,受全球金融危机冲击最小的是受过高等职业教育的高技能应用型人才。由于多种原因,高职毕业生可能带病上岗,为避免高职毕业生带病上岗,昆明冶金专科学校长期重视人文素质教育,取得了明显成效,可资借鉴。The higher Vocational education is not only an important part of higher education but also the leader in China.At present,the higher vocational education has occupied half of higher education.In Italy,Spain and Japan,the highly skilled talents have received the smallest impact in the global financial crisis.For many reasons,vocational graduates may be mount guard in spite of illness,in order to that,Kunming Metallurgy College values more humanities quality education over long term and achieves remarkable results and experiences.
