摘　　要：为了提高形势与政策教育的实效性,要坚持需要性和发展性相统一、稳定性与时效性相统一、规范性与灵活性相统一、主导性与主体性相统一的原则。实现知识传授与方法传授相结合、教师供给与学生需求相结合、现实性与历史性相结合、过程评价与结果评价相结合的方式。In order to improve the effectiveness of situation and policy education,we must insist on the unity of needing and developmental,stability and timeliness,standardization and flexibility,leading and subjectivity and impart knowledge and method combined,teachers′ supply and students′ demand combined,reality and historic combined,teachers and students＇ subjective guidance combined,process and the results evaluating combined.
