摘　　要：随着互联网的高速发展,高校党建工作面临着新时期的各种新问题、新挑战。在剖析高校党建工作不足的基础上,结合校园网的应用,提出了建立网上党校的实践方案,有助于夯实入党积极分子的理论培训以及量化考核入党积极分子的综合表现。Party building in colleges and universities is faced with various new problems and challenges in the new era with the rapid development of Internet.To strengthen the cultivation of activists of Party application is a key part in the work of student Party building,which may practically improve the quality of student Party members.In view of the deficiency of Party building in colleges and universities,the paper proposes the scheme of On-line Institute of Chinese Communist Party based on the application of campus network,which contributes to strengthening theory learning of the activists and assessing them quantitatively and comprehensively.
