摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的发展,在外来文化和现代科技的影响下,民族地区民众的思想观念、价值取向发生了较大变化,对民族地区的文化安全造成了挑战。加强民族地区社会主义文化建设,构建民族地区社会主义文化安全战略,是社会主义现代化进程的必然要求,是推进少数民族地区经济和社会发展的重要政治保证,是我们党加强执政能力建设的重要内容。With the development of socialist market economy and the influence of foreign culture and modern technology,people＇s ideas and value orientation have changed significantly,which challenges the culture security in minority areas.Enforcing the construction of socialist culture and socialist culture security strategy in ethnic regions is the inevitable requirement of socialist modernization process,the important political guarantee to promote the development of economy and society in these areas,and the important measure to strengthen the ruling capacity of the party.
