西安地区人群颌面部皮肤色度值的采集与分析

摘　　要：〕目的：获得西安地区人群颌面部皮肤颜色分布情况及影响肤色的因素。方法：用美能达色差计（ＣＲ－１００）以ＣＩＥ－１９７６－Ｌ＊ａ＊ｂ＊色度值对２２５０人颌面部皮肤进行测色、统计。结果：随年龄增大，皮肤色度值Ｌ＊变小，ａ＊、ｂ＊变大。不同部位皮肤色度值受相关因素影响的变化趋势相同。皮肤明度值，女高于男，耳高于颊。结论：皮肤色度值与年龄、部位、性别密切相关。色度值频数分布呈正态分布。Objective: To obtain the chromatic distribution of maxillofacial skin of the residents living in Xi'an and to study the factors that affect skin color. Method: The color of maxillofacial skin of 2 250 adult subjects were measured with Minolta chromaticity instrument(CR100).CIE1976L*a*b* system was adopted. Results: CIEL* value decreased and CIEa*b* value increased with aging.The change tendency of skin chromaticity in different parts of maxillofacial region was identical with affecting factors.On average,skin color of female was lighter than that of male,ear color was lighter than buccal. Conclusion: Skin chromatic value is correlated with age,sex and location,its frequency distribution accords with normal distribution.
