高校教学质量影响因素分析及其对策建议

摘　　要：随着高等教育的发展,高校教学质量日益受到各界人士的关注。本文从教师、学生和教学支撑环境三个方面,提出8个教学质量影响因素一级指标和14个二级指标。从影响因素的视角,通过资料收集、问卷调查和访谈等多种形式,指出高校教学质量存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出师资队伍建设、学风建设、教学档案建立和图书馆网络资源的利用等多个方面的改进对策建议。Teaching quality in colleges and universities has caught much attention with the development of higher education.This paper from three aspects of the teacher,the student and the teaching supporting environment,puts forward 8 primary indexes and 14 secondary indexes which constitute the influential factors on teaching quality in colleges and universities.Then,through the form of data collection,interview and questionnaire,it points out the main problems on the teaching quality in colleges and universities.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures,such as construction of teachers＇ team,construction of studying style,establishment of teaching archives and making full use of library network resources,etc.
