摘　　要：以调查问卷为主要手段,通过统计分析探讨了英语本科生在选修课方面上存在的问题和解决的办法。其中主要的问题是存在着忽视人文课程的倾向。为实现复合型外语人才的培养目标就要培养学生正确的选课观念,同时也要对选修课教学进行适当的调整。The paper analyzes the problems English majors face when choosing selective courses based mainly on a questionnaire.This study shows that English majors may tend to neglect humanities.To realize our aim of educating versatile English talents with the spirit of humanity,we should help students cultivate a proper understanding of selecting courses as well as adjust our ways of teaching.
