性激素受体表达与鼻咽癌生物学行为的关系

摘　　要：目的：探索性激素受体的表达与鼻咽癌（ Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ）生物学行为的关系。方法：用免疫组化 Ｌ Ｓ Ａ Ｂ法，对 ７１例 Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ组织标本作雌激素受体（ Ｅ Ｒ）和孕激素受体（ Ｐ Ｒ）进行测定，并结合 Ｃ Ｔ扫描结果、临床表现进行分析。结果：７１ 例中， Ｅ Ｒ 的－ 、＋ 、、例数分别为４ 例（５．６％ ）、１９ 例（２６．８％ ）、２７ 例（３８．０％ ）和 ２１ 例（２９．６％ ）； Ｐ Ｒ 的－ ，＋ ，例数分别为４１ 例（５７．８％ ）、２８ 例（３９．４％ ）和２ 例（２．８％ ）。肿瘤对咽旁组织的侵袭率、淋巴结的转移率，与 Ｅ Ｒ 的表达成正相关（均 Ｐ＜ ０．０１），与 Ｐ Ｒ的表达亦成正相关（均 Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论： Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ属 Ｅ Ｒ， Ｐ Ｒ 高表达类肿瘤， Ｅ Ｒ， Ｐ Ｒ 的阳性强度与 Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ 的侵袭率、淋巴结的转移率成正相关，作 Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ的 Ｅ Ｒ， Ｐ Ｒ 检测，对评估 Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ的生物学行为和预后，有一定意义，并提示可采用内分泌治疗。Objective:To Clarity the relationship between the expression of the estrogen receptor (ER),progestogen receptor (PR) and the biological characteristics of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Method:The immuno histochemical LSAB method was used to analyse the ER and PR in paraffin section specimen of 71 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.CT scaning and clinic presentation were also put into consideration.Result:The expression of ER with (-),(+),() and () in 71 cases were:4( 5.63 %)、19( 26.76 %)、27( 38.03 %) and 21( 26.76 %),respectively.The expression of PR with (-)、(+) and () in 71 cases were:41( 57.75 %)、29( 39.44 %) and 2( 2.82 %),respectively.The encroaching of tumor to the tissue of parapharynx,the metastasis rate of lymphonode and clinic stage were related to the expression of ER (P< 0.01 ).The encroaching of tumor to the tissue of parapharynx,the metastasis rate of lymphonode were also assciated with the expression of PR (P< 0.05 ).Conclusion:NPC is a tumor of hightly expression of ER and PR.The positive intensity of ER and PR were associated with the encroaching extent of NPC,and the metastasis rate of lymphonode.It is significant to detarmine ER and PR of NPC in assessing the biological characterisitics of NPC and predicting the prognosis of NPC.It also suggests that the endocrine therapy can be put into consideration.
