摘　　要：介绍了贵州铝土矿资源状况和赋存特点,分析了中铝贵州分公司氧化铝用矿结构和存在的问题,对国内具有一定代表性的金属矿山的生产组织方式进行了研究,提出了适合中铝贵州分公司的办矿模式,可供类似企业参考。The resource situation and occurrence features of bauxite mine in Guizhou are introduced, and its ore source matching and existing problems are analyzed. The production organization mode of typical metal mine in China is studied, and the mine management mode that suits the practical situation and characteristic of Chalco Guizhou branch is put forward, which provides reference for similar enterprises.
