摘　　要：目的:研究不同年资护士应用标准健康教育计划对肿瘤放疗患者实施健康教育的效果。方法:将参加实验组护理与对照组护理护士的年资等资料和护理结果进行统计并分析其相关性。结果:管床护士的年资与健康教育效果的部分内容有相关性,中低年资护士组的患者对本疾病放疗知识了解情况低于高年资护士组,两年资组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:临床应加强对中低年资护士专科知识的学习,在健康教育工作的安排上,不同年资护士的健康教育内容分工要有所侧重。Objective：To compare the patient health education effects by nurses with different seniority in the radiotherapy department.Methods：Nurses data were randomised to the observing group and the control group according to their seniority.Nursing results were collected and their correlations to seniority were analysed.Results：Patients cared by nurses with low seniority know less about his disease and radiotherapy compared with those cared by nurses with high seniority（P0.05）.Conclusions：Training in radiotherapy care should be strengthened with nurses with low seniority.Professional health education,accoding to its content,should be practised by nurses with different seniority.
