合作共赢,开创珠海市干部在线学习培训新局面

摘　　要：建设珠海市干部教育培训网、开展党员干部在线教育培训,是在中共中央提出＂大规模培训干部、大幅度提高干部素质＂的战略要求,破解干部教育培训场地、师资、经费不足的创新之举,是新时期电大主动融入学习型社会构建,主动服务社会的重大战略选择。珠海干部教育培训网一年建成,半年内上线学习学员超过1.3万人,点击次数超过一百万,是党委组织部门与电大合作,充分发挥电大具有的开展现代远程教育和优质服务的优势,达到共赢的典型案例。It is an important strategy put forward by the Central Committee of CPC to greatly improve party member caders’ quality through a large-scale training program. Implementing party member caders online training by setting up cader education and training net in ZHRTU is a signi？cantly strategic step towards taking initiative to merge into the construction of learning society and serve communities as well as an innovative measure to solve inadequacy of training floor, teachers and funds. It took one year to set up the net, and within half a year over 16,000 students have taken their online lessons with more than one millions hit counts. This is a typical case in which the local organizational department of the party and the ZHRTU cooperate to make full use of excellent services provided by the ZHRTU through modern distance education so as to achieve win win result.
