摘　　要：对分子生物学综合性实验《GFP和HSF4的融合蛋白在HeLa细胞中的定位观察》进行了研究和探讨,通过实验方案的设计、实施以及实验结果分析这个完整的实验过程,培养了学生的科研兴趣,学生的动手能力、创新思维,团队合作和创新实践方面逐步得到加强和提高,收到了良好的教学效果。The molecular biology＇s integrated experimental course named Expression and Location of HSF4-EGFP is introduced in this paper.Through the whole procedure of the experiment including experiment content arrangement,experiment implement and experimental results analysis,the consciousness and capabilities of students are cultivated and the ability of students to solve problems is gradually strengthened and improved.The teaching results are very satisfactory.
