基于生态压力指数的天津市生态安全评价

摘　　要：在生态足迹原理的基础上,将生态压力指数作为生态安全评价的指标,同时制定了相应的指标等级划分标准。对天津市1989年～2008年的生态足迹和生态承载力进行测算,并利用生态压力指数及其等级划分标准对天津市的生态安全进行试评价。结果表明,天津市近20年来的生态处于不安全状态。要改变这种状况,可采取以下措施:一是采用高新技术,提高单位面积自然生态系统的生产率;二是控制人口总数;三是加强对现有资源的保护,减少耕地损失;四是大力发展清洁生产,实现节能减排。Based on the principle of ecological footprint,put the ecological tension index as an indicator of ecological safety evaluation.Accordingly,the standard of rank is constituted.The ecological footprint and ecological capacity is calculated from 1989 to 2008 in Tianjin city.The ecological tension index and rank partition standard are used to measure ecological safety of Tianjin.The result shows that the ecological is at risk in Tianjin during the past 20 years.To change this situation,it can take the following measures：Firstly,use high technology to improve the unit area productivity of natural ecosystems.Secondly,control the population.Thirdly,protect the exiting resources and reduce the loss of arable land.Lastly,develop the cleaner production vigorously and achieve the energy-saving and pollution emission reduction.
