摘  要:对玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯泡沫体的微观结构形态及增强效果进行了研究。结果表明,纤维在体系内呈单根纤维、小束纤维及大束纤维等多种形态分布。单丝及小丝束可以成为泡沫结构的共同支柱而起增强作用,在小束丝附近出现密集泡孔,发生少量树脂积聚。在大丝束周围发生严重的树脂沉积,影响体系内的树脂分布而不利于纤维的增强作用。The micro structural shape and the reinforcing effect of the polyurethane foam plastics reinforced by glass fibres have been studied. The results show that the fibres in foam distribute in several shapes such as single fibre, small bunch of fibres and large bunch of fibers. Single fibre or small bunch of fibres may become common prop of foam structure and give reinforcing effect. Around small bunch of fibers, there are concentrated foam hole and a few resin buildups. Close to large bunch of fibres, there are serious resin deposits. It will influence the distribution of resin in foam so as to reduce the reinforcing effect.
