有机硅抗菌剂在纤维整理上的应用

摘　　要：分别测试了有机硅抗菌整理剂 Ｃ Ｔ Ｕ —１ 在滤纸和棉坯布上的抑菌效果、上药率和耐洗性以及它们之间的关系。结果表明： Ｃ Ｔ Ｕ —１ 抗菌剂在体积 分数为０５ ％ ～２５ ％ 时抑菌 效果明显上升， 其后随体积分数升高而缓慢变化； 体积分数 为０５ ％ ～１５ ％ 时抑 菌效果和上药率保持同步上升。抗菌剂表现出一定的耐洗性， 洗涤多次后抑菌效果有所降低。This anti bacterial effectiveness,take up rate and wash fastness of anti bacterial silicone CTU 1 on filter paper and cotton fabric were determined.The results were showed that the raise of the anti bacterial effectiveness was synchronous with take up rate while the volume fraction of CTU 1 being 0 5%～1 5%.CTU 1 was not as good as DC 5700 in wash fastness,but they were the same almost in the anti bacterial effectiveness.
