摘  要:研究目的:分析兰州市市区城市土地集约利用系统的熵变情况,剖析该系统的综合发展度与协调发展度,确定兰州市市区城市土地集约利用水平及变化情况。研究方法:采用耗散结构理论和模糊物元模型评价兰州市土地集约利用状况。研究结果:(1)兰州市市区城市土地集约利用系统有序性偏低,受城市土地利用结构熵的影响很大;(2)系统综合发展度在不断提高,并且各要素层之间的协调度水平比较高;(3)对兰州市市区城市土地集约利用水平影响较大的指标是绿地比例、征用耕地比例、单位建设用地产值;(4)兰州市市区城市土地集约利用系统的欧式贴近度在不断增加,表明集约利用水平在不断提高。研究结论:运用耗散结构理论与模糊物元分析方法可以清晰地反映城市土地集约利用系统变化、发展的规律及影响变化、发展的因素。The purpose of this paper is to analyze the entropy change of urban land intensive use system in urban areas of Lanzhou City, getting insight into both the integrated development degree and harmonized development degree, and determining the urban land intensive use level and its trend. Dissipative structure theory and fuzzy matter-element model were employed in the paper. The results of the paper show that ( 1 ) the order of urban land intensive use system is poor in Lanzhou, which is greatly impacted by the urban land use structure entropy; (2) the integrated development degree of the system is increasing and the harmonized development degree among the element layers is relatively high; (3) the main indicators influencing the urban land intensive use level in Lanzhou include the proportion of green land, the proportion of occupied cultivated land by governmental acquisition and the output value per unit of constructive land; (4) the value of Euclid Approach Degree for urban land intensive use system in I_anzhou is increasing, indicating that the intensive use level is continuously improved. The conclusion of the paper is that the Dissipative Structure Theory and Fuzzy Matter-Element Model can clearly reflect the developing tendency of urban land intensive use system and the impact factors.
