摘 要:目的探讨CD146、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在前列腺癌(PCa)中的表达及与肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测39例PCa和20例良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织中CD146、VEGF的表达情况,并检测CD34标记的肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)。结果 PCa组织中CD146的阳性表达率(82.05%)明显高于BPH组织(15.00%,P<0.05),其表达与PCa的病理分级无关(P>0.05),与临床分期有关(P<0.05)。PCa组织中VEGF的阳性表达率(74.36%)明显高于BPH组织(10.00%,P<0.05),其表达与PCa的病理分级和临床分期有关(P<0.05)。PCa中MVD(37.41±7.95)显著高于BPH(17.62±2.40,P<0.05),MVD与病理分级和临床分期显著相关(P<0.05)。PCa中CD146阳性组及VEGF阳性组MVD(39.73±6.68、40.79±6.03)均高于CD146阴性组及VEGF阴性组(26.83±3.24、27.62±3.24,均P<0.05),CD146与VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.643,P<0.05)。结论 CD146、VEGF在PCa中高表达并且与肿瘤血管生成密切相关。CD146、VEGF表达和微血管的形成在PCa的发生、浸润和转移中起重要作用。Objective To study the expression of CD146 and VEGF in prostate cancer tissue and their relationship with tumor angiogenesis.MethodsImmunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CD146 and VEGF in 39 cases of prostate cancer tissue and 20 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)tissue,the microvessel density(MVD)marked by CD34 was also detected.ResultsThe positive expression rate of CD146 in prostate cancer tissue(82.05%)was remarkably higher than that BPH tissue(15.00%,P〈0.05).The expression of CD146 was not correlated with the pathological grade of prostate cancer(P〈0.05),contrasting to significant correlation to clinical stage(P〈0.05).The positive expression rate of VEGF in prostate cancer tissue(74.36%)was significantly higher than that in BPH tissue(10.00%,P〈0.05).In prostate cancer,the expression of VEGF was significantly correlated with the pathological grade and clinical stage(P〈0.05).The MVD of prostate cancer tissue(37.41±7.95)was significantly higher than that of BPH tissue(17.62±2.40,P〈0.05).The MVD of prostate cancer was significantly correlated with the pathological grade and clinical stage(P〈0.05).The MVD values in CD146 positive(39.73±6.68)and VEGF positive(40.79±6.03)groups was significantly higher than those in CD146 negative and VEGF negative groups(26.83±3.24、27.62±3.24,all P〈0.05).There was a positive correlation between expression of CD146 and VEGF in prostate cancers(r=0.643,P〈0.05).ConclusionsThe overexpression of CD146 and VEGF in prostate cancers have a significant relation with tumor angiogenesis.The expression of CD146,VEGF and angiogenesis closely correlate with the development,progress and metastasis of prostate cancer.
