摘  要:目的对新设计的新型双向锁定骨外固定器进行生物力学评价。方法取7具成人尸体正常胫骨标本(对照组),制作中段骨折模型,根据骨断端间距(g=0、10 mm)、骨-外固定器杆间距(b-r=10、25、40和55 mm)的不同组合分成8个试验组(A~H组),使用新型双向锁定骨外固定器固定。应用BOSE机进行轴向压缩、扭转、前/后和内/外侧弯曲的力学测试,分别计算刚度值。并进行统计学分析。结果对照组的轴向压缩、前/后、内/外侧弯曲和扭转4种刚度与试验组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。骨断端间距的差异对压缩、前/后弯曲、内/外侧弯曲3种刚度均有显著性意义(P<0.00);骨与连接杆间距的差异对上述3种刚度也均有显著性意义(P<0.05);但两者对扭转刚度均无显著性意义(P>0.05);两处理因素间均无交互效应(P值分别为0.054、0.527、0.819、0.065)。结论该新型双向锁定骨外固定器具有良好的稳定性。Objective To evaluate the biomechanical properties of a new type of the bidirectional latch external fixation device.Methods Seven intact human tibial specimens(control group)were used to make midpiece fracture models,each of which was tested in 8 groups(test group) on the basis of different bone gaps(0,10 mm) and the bone-rod gaps(10,25,40 and 55mm).During the experiment,axial compression,torsion,anterior-posterior bending and medial-lateral bending were performed with BOSE.The rigidity of each bone-fixation combination was calculated and statisticly analyzed.Results The rigidity of control group in axial compression,AP bending,ML bending and torsion were significant with regard to 4 kinds of rigidity of test group.The differences of the bone gap(0mm,10mm) induced a significant change in the rigidity of axial compression,torsion,AP bending and ML bending(P0.00),but not in the rigidity of torsion(P0.05).There was no interaction between 2 factors with regard to 4 kinds of rigidity(P values are 0.054,0.527,0.819,0.065 respectively).Conclusions The stability of the new type of the bidirectional latch external fixation device is favor to meet the special biomechanical needs.
