发达地区与民族地区高校电子党务建设现状比较——以长三角地区与湘鄂渝黔边区为例

摘　　要：电子党务是创新高校党建的必然选择。在对发达地区与民族地区高校电子党务建设现状比较的基础上，基于电子党务成熟度模型，针对民族地区高校电子党务建设，提出了提高党员干部的思想认识，将发展电子党务纳入政绩考核体系；电子党务业务体系化，党建网站平台建设规范化；提升高校党建网站的凝聚力，建设马克思主义学习型政党等有效推进策略。E-party is an inevitable choice for party building in universities.In developed areas in College Party Affairs and National Construction in comparison,the maturity model based on electronic party for party-building of national and Universities Electronics proposed the idea to improve the understanding of party members and cadres,the party included the development of electronic performance appraisal system; E-business system of the party,party website platform standardization; enhance the cohesion of party building site,build a Marxist party and other effective learning strategies to promote.
